 Amateur Photo Contest 2017!

WANT TO SPEND A WEEK IN PARIS?

You are 18 years old or more and you are an amateur photographer? Participate in the international photography contest on the theme

“Fashion & Dress codes”

organized by the Alliance Française network.

Send two pictures BEFORE June 30, 2017 that you think best depict fashion and style in your culture. Show how style can symbolize being part of a group or express a personality.

  • TIFF or JPEG accepted, 300 DPI resolution
  • Must be able to provide reference for the camera used (aperture, shutter speed etc.)
  • Brand and speed of film, if used

A local AFC jury of professional photographers will select the best two pictures, we will then send them to Paris. The AFC will also exhibit the work of the ten runners-up during the Beaujolais festival.

AFC will send the winner’s photos to la Fondation Alliance Française in Paris where a jury will vote for the winner chosen from all participating AF chapters throughout the world. The lucky candidate will win a one-week trip to Paris (flight, room & board provided by la Fondation Alliance Française). La Fondation Alliance Française will display the pictures of the twenty finalists in Paris.

Download the registration form HERE, attach it along with your two pictures and send everything to concours@afcharlotte.org.
