Bastille Day Celebration

Written by Céline Thiria no comments

Lovely event on Saturday for the French Alliance under the trees and by the horse pastures, for the celebration of Bastille day at Anne Springs Close Greenway in Fort Mill.

During the afternoon the participants were able to have a taste of French pastries and cakes from Renaissance bakery with a glass of wine or cider while Tenya Coleman, a Jazz singer Charlotte, offered a beautiful concert.

Then, after a moment of silence for the victims of Nice, the Fort Mill High School Band played the French Marseillaise and the American anthem.
