Petanque february 21th

Written by Céline Thiria no comments

A recent Sunday of last February Carolina Pétanque and Alliance Française members met at Nevin Park, North of Charlotte. The weather was beautiful especially for that time of the year and let us enjoy a great afternoon playing pétanque. Around twenty people were playing on the 5 contiguous courts. If you have children, there is a nice modern playground close to the courts. Everybody can easily learn to play Pétanque. It is a French game that gives you the opportunity to socialize with other members of both organizations. Don’t hesitate and come to the next meeting, just to watch and why not to throw your first “Boule”.
