This year again the International Film Festival of the University Of North Carolina Of Charlotte, sponsored by the Alliance Française, experiences the rich world of contemporary films.
The festival and related special events are free and open to the public, and all films are subtitled. The Festival will provide from Monday March, 12 to Friday April, 6 some amazing international films. Please click here for the French Films selected to this year events. The 2017 UNC Charlotte International Festival will be held on Saturday, October 14, 2017. This will mark the 42nd anniversary of this annual campus tradition. Please save the date and check back for updates about the 2017 International Festival! See below to learn more about this program.
The International Festival is centered on booths arranged in colorful marketplace style representing the cultures of over 50 nations. The booths are staffed by UNC Charlotte international students and members of Charlotte's international community, like the Alliance Française, and feature art, crafts and costumes from each participating country. Many booths offer international food for sale. Go and try the French crêpes!
