WHAT IS YOGA?
The term "yoga" comes from a Sanskrit word meaning "union." Yoga combines physical exercises, mental meditation, and breathing techniques to strengthen the muscles and relieve stress.
AF is proud to introduce YOGA CLASSES ONLINE in FRENCH
NEW DAY/TIME Once a week on THURSDAY at 5:00pm from January 21st to April 1st with Corinne from COR YOGA.
For one hour, follow Corinne’s instructions and relax in the comfort of your home!
How to proceed? You need to be a AF member.

Purchase a single hour for $12 - depending on your schedule you can purchase one single slot if you cannot commit for more than one hour at a time. No worries. Register up to Wednesday before 12pm to receive the zoom link.
Purchase a pack of 3 hours or more for $10/hour and join the classes. Go to payment page to pay your dues. You will receive the zoom links.
Purchase the full pack of 11 hours for $100 and join the classes for the full session of 11 times. You will receive the zoom links.
You will need your own mat.
Please be mindful of the class, be on time.
At 4:55pm the zoom link will open, giving you ample time to set up your computer or tablet and your mat.
At 5:00pm the class starts and the teacher might not be able to admit you as she will be teaching away from her computer so you can see her whole posture.

Corinne is a French native from Brittany, France. She started practicing yoga in London. When Corinne moved to Montréal in 2016, she started practicing Hatha Yoga along with Iyengar style studying with Hervé Blondon. Hatha places the emphasis on posture, alignment, breathing and meditation. She remembered “It felt like a return to the sources”. Corinne is now a certified Yoga teacher with 200 hours recognized by IYA and FFY, and is also certified to teach Chair Yoga.
She teaches different yoga styles from Hatha, Ashtangha, Chair to Yin Yoga !
