Beaujolais Festival event

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE VIRTUAL BEAUJOLAIS FESTIVAL EVENT  IN FEW EASY STEPS

 

  1. Make sure you have saved the date November 20th at 7pm –
  2. Go to Beaujolais Festival curbside pickup locations - Select the pickup location that is most convenient for you to collect your AF package/kit
  3. Go to Purchase order / tickets - Select your AF package/kit: privilege kit, Food only kit, Wine only kit etc.  One or more choice will be available while continuing your shopping. And Also Select your pickup location in you cart
  4. Pay online and receive an automatic receipt for this event or pay by check before November 5th and send it to the AF mailing address with your pickup location on the check. Alliance Française PO BOX 470156 Charlotte NC 28247. Be aware that your check should arrive by November 5th. Thank you.
  5. You will be contacted by a board member with the exact address of the pickup location within a week of purchase.
  6. You will receive a reminder the week before the event to collect your AF package at your chosen pickup location, and the zoom link. You will receive again on Friday November 20 – day of the event – a reminder of the zoom invitation link
