Location: Copperhead Island at McDowell Nature Preserve – Shelter map + Park map
15200 Soldier Road, Charlotte, NC 28278

The Alliance Française de Charlotte proposes a Sunday not like every Sunday!

A nice day to have some good time along the lake Wylie, to meet new members or known members and of course to enjoy our traditional méchoui!

Chef Adam and Rémi our treasurer

Come with your family! There will also be some activities for children. Be aware due to the proximity of the lake it is strongly recommended to all parents to keep an eye on their children and look after them during the duration of this event, be careful!

The shelter is booked by the Alliance Française for the full day! Come and spend the day with us and you would be able to observe and follow the preparation and the slow cooking of the méchoui…

The lamb – the main meat of the méchoui prepared by Chef Adam of restaurant Santé - will be served from 5pm to 6:30pm with various dishes.
