Each exam is independent, and candidates may register for the level of their choice. All exams assess the four communication skills: listening, reading, writing, and speaking.
There are four DELF diplomas available: A1, A2, B1, and B2. We do not offer A1 during this session in october April 2026. Other centers may offer A1 level.

Exam dates, times, and fees are determined by the Ambassade de France in Washington and France Éducation International. The date and time of the individual oral exam are arranged directly between the candidate and the Alliance Française de Charlotte.
